Having trouble signing into a gated membership area or paywalled course? The instructions below should get you through.
Shortcuts
You can use these quick links to access any WriteSPACE membership area, Writing Catalyst course, or Stylish Writing Intensive for which you are already enrolled. Simply click on the highlighted link, select Log in, enter your email and password, and you’re in! If an Account pop-up blocks your path, select Digital Products, then View.

The slow road
Squarespace’s My Account panel can be confusing, which is why we’ve created the quick links above. But if you’d prefer to take the slow road, here’s how to access your gated content via the official sign-in route:
At the top of this webpage, click Sign In / My Account and enter your username and password.
The Account panel opens and cheerfully greets you by name (“Hi, [Your Name!]”). In the drop-down list, select Digital Products.
You’ll now see a list of all your Digital Products, including membership areas and online courses. Select the membership area or course that you want to access and click View.
You’re in!
Behind the paywall
Once you’ve signed into your membership area, you’ll find yourself in separate paywalled area within the main “Helen Sword” website.
You can move around within this private area using the navigation links located below the main banner or page title. If you click on the navigation bar at the top of the page — the one with the Helen Sword sword/pen logo in the center — you’ll find yourself back in the main website, outside the gated content area.
