What is the Live Writing Studio?

The Live Writing Studio meets twice weekly throughout each 6-week Studio Sequence, which means that at least one session per week will be accessible in your time zone. At each 2-hour session, you’ll be invited to:

  • Reach across time and space to connect with other writers from around the world.

  • Stretch your creative muscles with a playful 10-minute writing warmup.

  • Push your current writing project forward with a focused 25-minute writing sprint (aka pomodoro).

  • Meet with 2-3 fellow writers for a writing WINDOW (Writing IN Dialogue with Other Writers) to exchange friendly, low-stakes, formative feedback on bite-sized chunks of your work-in-progress, with occasional spotlight coaching by Helen.

 

Who can attend the Studio?

There are three ways to access the Live Writing Studio:

  1. Purchase a Live Writing Studio Sequence pass for a short-term productivity boost.

  2. Enroll in any Writing Catalyst course and get 6 WEEKS OF FREE ACCESS to the concurrent Studio Sequence.

  3. Join the WriteSPACE Studio as a monthly or annual member and get UNLIMITED ACCESS to more than 50 Live Writing Studio sessions per year as part of your premium membership plan, along with all the other benefits of our WriteSPACE international writing community.
